Welcome to the Home Owners Association website!  This site is for home owners and renters of the Palisades by the Park in Midtown Atlanta at 819 & 821 Durant Place, NE.

 

 

Thank you to everyone who participated in clean up day this weekend!  We had approximately 15 representatives from 9 units.  Just in case you havent seen the property yet, our successes include the following:
 
*Cleared ivy and monkey grass in front of 821
*Created brick border on front side of 821 where shrubs can eventually be planted
*Mulched new space around tree (ivy and monkey grass free!) in side front of 821
*Trimmed and cleared ivy from rock wall in back of parking lot
*Weeded and placed fresh mulch in front of 819 and 821
*Trimmed shrubs and trees in front of 819 and 821
*Tied back necessary foliage in front of both buildings
*Cleaned all 4 lobbies
*Blew leaves and debris away from both buildings

A big thanks goes out to Linda who created out "to do" list and helped lead the outdoor projects!!   Linda also so kindly volunteered to treat necessary areas this week with lime.
